Well, what can I tell you? S E Bellamy Ltd. was started in November 2008.

It started with a thought that I had one evening when completing a cleaning job at Kays Transport, Distribution Centre in

Lee Mill Industrial Estate. When I stood there and thought to myself?

 

I have always been an experienced cleaner working with many local contract cleaning companies. So why am I doing this when I have all the cleaning qualifications and skills to give and yet I cannot give that personal service as these premises I'm cleaning are not my customers.

With this in mind, and on the off-chance that I could start a professional cleaning business, I sat at home on Saturday afternoon designing some flyers to post through local businesses, and to my surprise I had my very first enquiry on that Monday morning, following our phone call we had I booked them in for a free quotation. After the quotation had been done I hoped what I said I could offer was what they wanted.

I then waited to what felt like a year (only 2 days) for that all important email to come through and low and behold there it was an email from them agreeing to use my services. And there you have it, the birth of S E Bellamy Ltd.

From there on, I walked around several companies asking them if they where happy with the cleaning service they were receiving, and I was really surprised at how many businesses where not happy with the cleaning they were getting. Although, was I surprised? I always knew that I could do a better job and offer a better professional service.

I never wanted to be a big corporate company because this to me is not giving that personal service to all my customers and that is where I am different to my competitors, All I want is for my clients to be happy and satisfied with what I could provide them.

I can only finish of by saying that myself and team will always provide a personalized quality service for each individual client whether it being one day a week or seven-days a week.​
